RETURN POLICY

In the event that you find yourself dissatisfied with the merchandise you have received, we facilitate a return process for your convenience. You may initiate a return within 28 days from the date of receipt, provided that the items remain in their original, resalable condition. Upon the successful return of the items, you will be eligible for either an exchange or a refund. It is important to note that the refund will not encompass the initial postage and packaging costs. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges for items that exhibit signs of wear, have been laundered, or are no longer in their original condition.

Here are some essential guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

Kindly complete the designated returns form, which is available below, should you deem a return necessary.
Take care to meticulously package your return and verify that it aligns with the conditions listed at the bottom of this page.
When sending returns, utilize a courier service that provides a tracking number and insurance coverage, as we cannot assume responsibility for delayed or misplaced parcels. We recommend using ROYAL MAIL.
Confirm that your return includes all pertinent information, such as your Order number, Name, and the reason for your return (Reasons: A- Arrival beyond the expected delivery date, B- Improper fit, C- Subpar quality, D- Incorrect item, E- Damaged item, F- Other, please specify below).

Returns Terms and Guidelines:

All returned items must be in an unworn, unwashed state and retain their original tags and/or packaging, if applicable.
Please bear in mind that the return shipping costs for the items are your responsibility.
The condition of the items upon return should mirror their original, resalable state.
Carefully package all returned items to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.
Select a trackable and insured shipping service for your return parcels. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in the return journey.
It is imperative that the returns form accompanies your returned goods. Failure to include the form may result in a delay in processing your return.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive the merchandise at UG HQ for the refund to be processed. Financial institutions may require additional time to finalize the refund before the funds are credited to your account. Rest assured, you will receive notification from us once the refund has been processed.
